Dear Susan and Staff,

Now that some time has passed and the routine of daily life after the wedding has resumed, I decided it was time to give thanks to those who helped make our daughter’s wedding a success.

At our initial meeting I wasn’t sure of what to expect. It is not an easy thing to put your trust in something as important as your daughter’s wedding reception in the hands of someone you don’t know. I know there were several concerns on both sides due to the size of the reception, and this being the first time The Lantern catered a wedding reception at the Masonic Temple.

The food provided for the reception was wonderful; we received comments from many of our guests. When I first saw the hall filled with 350+ guests my first thought was for the people sitting on the side farthest from the buffet lines. I worried that they would be sitting there for a long time before they received their food. It was amazing that everyone was through the line in 35 minutes. Your staff was courteous and prompt on all matters throughout the evening.
